 They are the Italian example they never answer the phone and together with Mediaworld for which they deliver I think they are the worst in Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattato da un'operatrice acida che con modo antipatico mi ha chiesto la verifica del documento per ricevere la sim per conto TIM. Al gestore telefonico consiglio di cambiare corriere se non volete perdere clienti inutilmente.
Contacted by an acid operator who in an unpleasant way asked me to verify the document to receive the SIM on behalf of TIM. I advise the telephone company to change courier if you do not want to lose customers unnecessarily.

Niente, il corriere che avrebbe dovuto contattarmi non mi ha contattata, se provo a chiamare io o non rispondono o mi dicono che mi faranno richiamare dal corriere, che non richiama.
Davvero poco seri ed affidabili.
Suggerisco alla serissima ed efficientissima Farmacia Vaticana di cambiare corriere perchè non sono assolutamente all'altezza.
I have been waiting for 3 days for the medicines shipped from the Vatican City.
Nothing, the courier who should have contacted me has not contacted me, if I try to call myself they either don't answer or they tell me that they will have the courier call me back, who does not call back.
Really not serious and reliable.
I suggest to the very serious and efficient Vatican Pharmacy to change courier because they are absolutely not up to it.

The purchase from Tim was supposed to arrive in 3/5 working days. Today is the fifth day and no one has been seen. They call when you can't answer, when you call back no one answers ... zero stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è già troppa. Cambiate mestiere. Non è possibile contattarli, senza concordare nulla si presentano sotto casa mentre non stai a casa. È passata una settimana ma ancora nulla. Anche il rivenditore non è che sia migliore!!
One star is already too much. Change jobs. It is not possible to contact them, without agreeing anything they show up outside the house while you are not at home. A week has passed but still nothing. Even the dealer is not that it is better !!
