★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho regalato un coupon taglio e piega a mia madre dal valore di 25 euro. Dove non mi è stato assolutamente specificato ne il tipo di piega, ne il tipo di servizio. Giunti all utilizzo del coupon è stata chiesta la cifra assurda di ulteriori 10 euro in quanto per la piega mossa, così mi viene riferito, è stato usato il ferro, ma scusate, la piega inclusa era quella con le mani?o con il calamaio? E inoltre il prezzo viene giustificato per l utilizzo del balsamo.....me lo dicevate prima me lo portavo da casa...o comunque lo fate presente alle clienti quando lo utilizzate!! Assolutamente mancanza di trasparenza e professionalità...pagato 35 euro totali per un banale taglio e una piega.....ho acquistato un coupon che doveva essere regalo, chiedendo pure un aggiunta per un servizio non richiesto, e non specificato... Non torneremo e non lo consiglierò....delusa!

I bought a coupon that was supposed to be a gift, also asking for an addition for an unsolicited and unspecified service ... We will not return and will not recommend it .... disappointed!
