V	Valentina Ros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi riporto quello che mi è successo: dopo aver visitato il sito web, in cui c'è scritto chiaramente che l azienda vende serramenti di ogni tipo, legno compreso, mi sono recata nel loro showroom con il mio progetto in mano per farmi fare un preventivo ero interessata sia al legno che al pvc. Lí una signora gentile mi ha fatto incontrare un loro agente che mi ha fatta accomodare in ufficio. Quando ho chiesto un preventivo per degli infissi in legno lui mi ha guardata male e mi ha detto che non trattavano questo materiale. allora gliel ho chiesto col pvc, e con un' espressione mista alla sufficienza con l' indignazione, dapprima ha cercato di dirottare la mia scelta sull' alluminio( materiale che comunque a me non piace) poi quando ha capito che non mi interessava siamo passati a parlare dei serramenti. Il mio dubbio era se mettere persiane o tende oscuranti e gli ho chiesto di farmi il preventivo sia con uno che con l altro e lui mi ha fatto storie... Così per proseguire con la conversazione ho dovuto fare una scelta. (in ogni caso a me sembra che quello sia il suo lavoro... Cosa c è di strano nel fare 2 preventivi?) bene, poi è arrivato il momento del portoncino e quando gli ho detto che la mia casa non necessitava di un portoncino blindato ma di un semplice portoncino normale mi son pure sentita dire che "forse non siamo l'azienda che fa per lei".... Quando l'ho raccontato a mio marito mi ha detto che sarei dovuta andarmene subito, ma io sono rimasta lo stesso... Una bruttissima esperienza, mi sono sentita trattata come una stracciona o come una che fa perdere tempo..... E in ogni caso, stracciona o meno, se ti chiedono di fare un lavoro e te lo pagano.... Sembra che facciano chissà cosa e poi non ti contattano più.... Evidentemente se non hai un lavoro degno di una rivista non sei alla loro altezza.... Alla fine ho contatto un'altra azienda il risultato è stato a dir poco bellissimo.... Bad customer service ..... They make you see magazines in magazines with all their mega jobs .... Ma il peggio e che li richiamo per fare un preventivo per il resto delle porte, per il secondo piano perché volevo mettere le stesse porte anche se non ero contenta della azienda. Li o chiamato tantissime volte ma non mi anno risposto mai per me come azienda sono pochi seri e affidabili .
