Dato che vado sempre alla ricerca di posti nuovi #LEMANGIATEDIGAETANODONATI ci vado con un amico. Il ristorante non presenta tantissimi posti a sedere, infatti questo lo rende molto intimo e grazie anche all’arredamento, curato in ogni singola parte fa un luogo molto raffinato. Veniamo accolti con un entree di benvenuto molto elegante e raffinato, con tre assaggi molto buoni. Come Antipasto scelgo “La mia parmigiana di baccalà” -Baccalà fritto, pomodoro San Marzano, Melenzane affumicate e spuma di parmigiano, molto ma molto buono. Come Primo scelgo le Linguine, Peperoni alla griglia e pescato locale, che devo dire erano buonissime. Poi arriva il secondo, dove mi allontano dal pesce e scelgo lo stracotto di guancia di vitello. Ed infine per rendere ancora più buona questa ottima cena scelgo la crostatina con crema diplomatica e frutti di bosco. Inoltre dopo averci portato il dolce da noi scelto, ci offrono anche un tris di dolci. Ogni singolo piatti oltre ad essere buonissimo è stato servito in modo elegantissimo e raffinato. Ve lo consiglio tantissimo. Lo staff è super qualificato e gentile. Inoltre ho avuto l’occasione di conoscere lo chef non che Proprietario del Ristorante che è un ragazzo molto a modo, accogliente e gentilissimo. On August 28, after hearing so much about this restaurant, I decide to try it. Since I always go looking for new places #LEMANGIATEDIGAETANODONATI I go there with a friend. The restaurant does not have a lot of seats, in fact this makes it very intimate and thanks to the furnishings, with attention to every single part, it makes a very refined place. We are greeted with a very elegant and refined welcome entree, with three very good tastings. As an appetizer I choose “My codfish parmigiana” - Fried cod, San Marzano tomato, smoked aubergines and parmesan foam, very, very good. As a first course I choose the Linguine, grilled peppers and local fish, which I must say were very good. Then comes the second, where I move away from the fish and choose the stewed veal cheek. And finally, to make this excellent dinner even better I choose the tart with diplomatic cream and berries. In addition, after bringing us the dessert of our choice, they also offer us a trio of desserts. Besides being delicious, every single dish was served in a very elegant and refined way. I highly recommend it. The staff is super qualified and kind. I also had the opportunity to meet the chef who is also the owner of the restaurant who is a very nice guy, welcoming and very kind.

Una perla nel cuore di Baronissi, dove la competenza e la gentilezza accompagnano il cliente che andando via col sorriso non può che ripromettersi di tornare❤️ We have been going to this restaurant for four years now and we have celebrated very special moments that Salvatore and Federica have managed to make unique! Going to Cetaria is a fantastic journey into the world of taste, with excellent choice ingredients accompanied by excellent wines, all in an intimate and refined setting. È sempre un piacere tornare da Salvatore e Federica, lui in cucina lei in sala. Sapori decisi. Leggi il menù e non sai mai cosa aspettarti nel piatto, spesso con una nota fusion che a me personalmente piace molto. Il tutto completato dal perfetto abbinamento di vini che esalta e completa il piatto. Etichette ricercate e mai banali ma soprattutto una sommelier che riesce subito a comprendere i gusti dei commensali e quindi soddisfarli. Hospitality, precision, quality ingredients, professionalism are just some of the adjectives that have characterized our experience at the cetaria.
