L	Luca Laurano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente il personale è molto maleducato e ciò viene ribadito in molte altre recensioni...per il resto è una stazione abbastanza comune, treni in orario e tabelloni ben visibili e funzionanti. Molto spesso le obliteratrici e le macchine per fare i biglietti sono carenti di inchiostro o non funzionanti. Surely the staff is very rude and this is reiterated in many other reviews ... otherwise it is a fairly common station, trains on time and boards clearly visible and functioning. Very often ticket validators and ticket machines are lacking in ink or non-functioning.

Oggi, a causa di un guasto in linea, perfettamente accettabile, mi trovo davanti a sportellista della stazione in quel momento al bar della stazione che a mia domanda sulla situazione dei treni, mi parla di "circolazione su binario legale ed illegale" per giustificare i ritardi, sicuramente capibili. Alla domanda se sapesse cosa significa tale terminologia e da dove derivi, cioè da quasi un secolo addietro, la risposta è che sta sorseggiando l'aperitivo nel suo quarto d'ora dovuto di riposo con un avventore non polemico. S	SONIA PANDA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viaggio da parecchi anni e spesso e questa è decisamente la stazione ferroviaria più pulita e ordinata mai vista. Avevo notato al mio arrivo qualche giorno fa ma oggi ho avuto modo di appurare che non era solo un'impressione. I bagni sono pulitissimi e persino profumati con tutto l'occorrente. Persino lo scopino del wc impeccabile immerso in liquido azzurro disinfettante. Le banchine pulite, i binari senza cartacce o mozziconi, non uno! Poi ho capito il motivo: una ragazza impegnata a pulire porte, maniglie, vetri e distributori automatici biglietti, con una tale dedizione come se fosse in casa propria. Mi sono sentita di farle i complimenti. Ottima organizzazione probabilmente ma soprattutto un evidente rispetto per il servizio pubblico e per il proprio lavoro. Inoltre ovviamente qui ci sono persone educate.. Altre stazioni ferroviarie dovrebbero essere così anche in altri luoghi, soprattutto quelle in Lombardia servite da Trenord….Morbegno tra queste, dove la stazione dentro e fuori sembra l'ultimo avamposto di una periferia degradata. Then I understood the reason: a girl busy cleaning doors, handles, windows and ticket machines, with such dedication as if she were in her own home. I felt like congratulating her. Probably excellent organization but above all an evident respect for the public service and for one's work. Also obviously there are polite people here .. Other railway stations should be the same in other places, especially those in Lombardy served by Trenord .... Among these, the station inside and outside seems to be the last outpost of a degraded suburb.

Alla richiesta di cambiare l’orario di un biglietto acquistato online e per un banale errore di digitazione essendo stato gli orari vicino tra di loro, mi sono sentita rispondere “ beh ha sbagliato lei, sbagliando si impara… ed altri commenti molto maleducati, TOTALMENTE A GRATIS!! GRANDISSIMA MALEDUCATA! Speechless for the rudeness of the ticket office worker on duty on Friday 15/10/2021 at 9.30. When asked to change the time of a ticket purchased online and due to a trivial typing error having been the times close to each other, I heard the answer "well you made a mistake, you learn by mistake ... and other very rude comments, TOTALLY A FREE!! GREAT RUDE!
