Ancora prima di essere servito, ho apprezzato la cordialità e la sincera premura con cui veniva servito chi era prima di me, e non è certo dipeso dal fatto che chi mi precedeva potesse essere un frequentatore abituale. Più di venti anni fa un mio Amico disse "ci sono persone che fanno un mestiere ( nel senso che lavorano perchè "qualcosa si deve pur fare" ) e altre che fanno il proprio mestiere" e ho iniziato a badare agli approcci dei vari lavoratori. Questa empatia è ancora più apprezzabile in periodi in cui c'è un appiattimento delle relazioni e una certa alienazione sociale. Non sono spesso in zona, ma se dovessi avere bisogno di qualche articolo o servizio che fa parte della Loro offerta, so già dove rivolgermi.
