L	Luigi Bertini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ditta per nulla seria, sabato 9 aprile 2022 ho inviato una richiesta tramite WhattsApp e una tramite il link "contattaci" con foto di alcuni pezzi, domenica mattina 10 aprile, tramite WhattsApp, mi si ringrazia per aver contattato e mi si dice che a breve risponderanno, lunedì 11 aprile 2022, tramite il link invio una nuova richiesta e foto di ulteriori pezzi, il 21 aprile 2022 ho inviato un sollecito, oggi è il 4 maggio 2022, ancora nessuna risposta, ditemi se questa è una ditta seria. I pezzi, dopo alcune ricerche li ho trovati comunque e ad un prezzo molto più conveniente. Nonostante ci sia stato un problema nella spedizione doveva arrivare per una data e non è stato così, sono stato subito avvisato per WhatsApp dell'accaduto, sono stati molto corretti e non è da tutti, ma dopo questo il pacco è comunque arrivato al 5 giorno quindi accettabile. Unica cosa che dovrebbero un pochino limitare sono le spese di spedizione, nel 2022 è ormai veramente difficile trovare siti dove le spedizioni hanno questi prezzi (9 euro, un po' altino). solo per questo motivo do 4 stelle ma si meriterebbero la 5 per il servizio e per i pezzi originali che sono sempre difficili da trovare I found the original product of the Active tigercut 40 electric scissors. Poi non so come ma non riesco a concludere l'ordine e allora scrivo di nuovo in chat di WhatsApp per ricevere aiuto ma dal quel momento in poi non ho più ricevuto nessuna risposta. Chiamo direttamente in azienda dopo un'ora. Mi risponde un tizio dicendomi che degli ordini online si occupa il suo collega ma che in quel momento non era in negozio. Richiamo al mattino seguente è mi risponde una signora e anche lei mi dice che il sig. Cerruti è impegnato con dei clienti in negozio quindi mi invita a telefonare più tardi. Richiamo per la terza volta e nuovamente stesse frasi: ora non c'è nessuno, se vuole chiamare più tardi.. Ora io dico, ma vi sembra il modo di trattare con il cliente? Avevo avuto un'ottima impressione guardando il vostro sito ma poi dopo ho capito che mi sono sbagliato ENORMEMENTE. Mi sono sentito preso per i fondelli ed è per questo che sono qui a scrivere ora la recensione. Ho deciso di attendere, il pezzo arrivato è corretto ed è stato montato senza problemi. Sono pienamente soddisfatta del servizio. La società Cerutti si è dimostrata affidabile ed attenta al cliente. I needed a replacement part for my chainsaw. They assisted me via WhatsApp to locate the exact piece and to proceed with the order correctly. Since the piece was not available in stock and therefore it took longer than expected for delivery, they contacted me by phone offering me the possibility of withdrawal. I decided to wait, the piece arrived is correct and was assembled without problems. I am fully satisfied with the service. The Cerutti company has proved to be reliable and attentive to the customer.
