★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato circa un anno e mezzo fa una porta sezionata Cerrato tramite un rivenditore autorizzato di zona. Dopo circa un mese uno dei due telecomandi ha smesso di funzionare. Ho contattato il rivenditore e mi è stato detto che dovevano sentire il rappresentante, dopo vari tiri e molla ho contattato direttamente l'azienda segnalando il problema. Mi è stato detto che era opportuno andare personalmente in azienda portando il telecomando funzionante e quello non funzionante e avrebbero provveduto a rimemorizzare quello non funzionante. Oggi finalmente mi sono trovata nei pressi dell'azienda e, fiduciosa di risolvere il problema, mi è stato consegnato un nuovo telecomando, non sincronizzato con quello funzionante, invitandomi a contattare a mie spese un elettricista che possa farlo. Per educazione ho chiesto se dovessi pagare qualcosa mi è stato detto che il telecomando ha un costo di 38,00 € ma che potevo dare loro 20,00€. Quando ho fatto notare che avevo soltanto 15,00€ mi è stato detto che andavano bene. Ovviamente senza scontrino. Io educatamente ho pagato e ringraziato ma ci tenevo a rendere pubblica la mia esperienza. Credo di aver interloquito col titolare. Ringrazio vivamente per l'assistenza.
About a year and a half ago I bought a Cerrato sectioned door through an authorized local dealer. After about a month, one of the two remote controls stopped working. I contacted the dealer and was told they had to hear from the representative, after several tugs and pulls I contacted the company directly reporting the problem. I was told that it was advisable to personally go to the company bringing the working remote control and the non-working one and they would have remedied the non-working one. Today I finally found myself near the company and, confident to solve the problem, I was given a new remote control, not synchronized with the working one, inviting me to contact an electrician who can do it at my expense. Out of politeness I asked if I had to pay anything I was told that the remote control costs € 38.00 but I could give them € 20.00. When I pointed out that I only had € 15.00 I was told they were fine. Obviously without a receipt. I politely paid and thanked but I wanted to make my experience public. I think I have talked to the owner. Warmly thank you for your assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leader nel settore. Molto forniti e professionali. Forse manca un po' più di reattività col cliente non installatore o non competente. Magari spiegare al cliente comune cosa meglio per l'installazione forse sarebbe quella stellina mancante. Per il resto se eseguono loro nulla da eccepire

Poi 30 minuti di attesa per dei semplici gommini di protezione di porta basculante. L'addetto alla logistica davvero superimpegnato. Evidentemente i dirigenti non sanno cosa sia un collo di bottiglia in un' organizzazione aziendale. Male endemico delle.imprese italiane e soprattutto del sud mai investire in più personale ma sfruttare all'osso quello che si ha...fa niente poi se i clienti attendono

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho installato una porta basculante con motore. Cerrato affida l'installazione e il montaggio ai suoi partner. Praticamente sono dei Fabbri che hanno l'autorizzazione da parte di cerrato di vendere e installare il prodotto. Il problema serio nasce dal fatto che questi soggetti incaricati non sono formati per poter svolgere correttamente l'installazione. I veri problemi sono nati dopo aver installato la basculante. Avendo anche il motore bisogna saper settare la forza per una corretta spinta in apertura e chiusura. Questo settaggio non è stato fatto e dopo qualche anno si sono presentati i problemi elettrici.. Ovviamente un fabbro non ha competenze dei componenti elettronici. Per risolvere i problemi ho dovuto contattare un dipendente di cerrato pagando profumatamente il lavoro e forse mi ha risolto i problemi. Per i prossimi lavori non penso di rivolgermi a questa ditta.

Obviously a locksmith has no skills in electronic components. To solve the problems I had to contact a cerrato employee paying handsomely for the job and maybe he solved the problems for me. For the next jobs I don't think I will turn to this company.
