Fu lui a venire da me, prendere le misure della mia casa, propormi un già ben selezionato e stringato ventaglio di ipotesi, calibrare le mie decisioni e implementarle con i frutti della sua esperienza, mettendo numerose ciliegine sulla torta dell'arredamento della mia prima casa. Il capolavoro fu la biblioteca personale, che dopo quasi 20 anni è ogni giorno più bella. Insomma: mi trovai bene. Quindi feci il bis arredando con lui anche la casa dei miei genitori. Con la solida reputazione presso la mia famiglia, Tonino ha poi arredato più di qualche casa di mio amico, sempre molto soddisfatto. Così, se da 19 anni abito in una casa che finora non ha "mai fatto una piega", quanto ad arredi, lo devo a Tonino e alla sua perizia. Otto mesi per aspettare di avere una cucina incompleta, con pezzi di esposizione (fatti passare per nuovi e senza nemmeno informare il cliente) e tappe e pezze a volontà! Non un minimo di responsabilità verso il cliente, continue prese in giro sui giorni di consegna, per avere una risposta serve una raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno. E sono ancora in attesa di alcuni pezzi (e chissà se li vedrò mai). Ah, è da gennaio che sto cercando di completare la mia cucina! As they say for the love of God!
