★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probabilmente siamo capitati in una serata no (due sabati fà). Per la pizza abbiamo dovuto aspettare 1ora e mezzo per averla. Ma nessuno che ci sia venuto a comunicare eventuali problemi in cucina, è la cosa che ci ha fatto più irritare. Un calzone non è arrivato come ordinato e un'ultima pizza era praticamente cruda. Insomma la comunicazione con il cliente è fondamentale e sicuramente saremo stati più comprensivi. Ciò nonostante, senza fare nessun tipo di appunto, abbiamo pagato il nostro conto. Ma se mi chiedete di ritornarci..... Noi per adesso no.
We probably happened on a bad evening (two Saturdays ago). For the pizza we had to wait 1 hour and a half to get it. But no one who came to tell us about any problems in the kitchen, that's the thing that made us most annoyed. One calzone did not arrive as ordered and one last pizza was practically raw. In short, communication with the customer is essential and we will certainly have been more understanding. Nonetheless, without making any notes, we paid our bill. But if you ask me to come back ..... We do not for now.
