★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale poco cordiale, ordinato pianta da una mia parente è fatta confezionare all’inizio della mattina sono passata prima di pranzo a ritirare la pianta dando il cognome come si usa in tutto il mondo… niente.. provato a descrivere la pianta ordinata… ancora niente… anzi sono stata accusata di aver sbagliato negozio più volte… in fine presa da mille dubbi chiamo la mia patente che mi conferma luogo e pianta già descritta… ancora niente… poi alla fine quando avevo esaurito le descrizioni di piante e persone le dico che aveva preso anche delle “ violette” quella stessa mattina, dulcis in fabula si ricorda!!!! Per tutta la permanenza in negozio la signora ha usato nei miei confronti un tono poco piacevole e accusatorio ( come se fossi rimbambita) che poco si addice a chi è al pubblico davanti ad una CLIENTE!!! Trovata la galeotta pianta, per concludere mi dice che mica è colpa sua se non aveva scritto il nome… allora di chi è?!?! La mia?!?! Bho!!!! Almeno le scuse anche perché la signora dall’altra parte del cellulare ha detto chiaramente che aveva lasciato il nominativo. Poco male è pieno di fiorai andremo altrove!
Unfriendly staff, ordered plant by a relative of mine is made to pack at the beginning of the morning I went before lunch to pick up the plant giving the surname as it is used all over the world ... nothing .. tried to describe the ordered plant ... still nothing ... indeed I have been accused of having made the wrong shop several times ... in the end taken by a thousand doubts I call my license which confirms the place and plant already described ... still nothing ... then in the end when I had exhausted the descriptions of plants and people I tell her that she had also took some "violets" that same morning, dulcis in fabula remember !!!! Throughout her stay in the shop, the lady used an unpleasant and accusatory tone towards me (as if I were stupid) that is not very suitable for those in the public in front of a CUSTOMER !!! Found the galeotta plant, to conclude he tells me that it is not his fault if he had not written the name ... then whose is it?!?! My?!?! Bho !!!! At least the apologies also because the lady on the other side of the cell phone clearly said that she had left the name. Never mind it's full of florists we'll go elsewhere!
