Inoltre sono stati di una gentilezza squisita, sia quando ho chiesto inizialmente informazioni, sia in un momento successivo, quando ho chiesto dei pezzi ulteriori con lo stesso disegno delle piastrelle. Alla fine, per esigenze mie dell'ultimo minuto, ho pregato i Signori Torcivia di cambiare il luogo di consegna (il pacco - voluminoso e fragile - era già giunto nei depositi dello spedizioniere nella mia città) e loro lo hanno fatto immediatamente. Posso solo ringraziare di cuore... e poi ringraziare nuovamente!
I ordered tiles for my new kitchen's cladding, they arrived today. They are beautiful, the photographs on their site do not do justice to the magnificent colors! They were also of an exquisite kindness, both when I initially asked for information, and later, when I asked for additional pieces with the same tile design. In the end, for my last-minute needs, I asked the Torcivias to change the place of delivery (the package - large and fragile - had already arrived in the shipper's depots in my city) and they did it immediately. I can only thank them heartily ... and then thank them again!
