★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo entrati in questa esposizione perché dobbiamo rifare un bagno. Abbiamo girato un po' finché una signora ci si è avvicinata per chiederci cosa ci occorresse. Abbiamo chiesto per dei sanitari specifici che non avevano. A questo punto la signora a cui ci siamo rivolti ci ha liquidati in 30 secondi incuriosita da un discorso che stava facendo una sua collega. Non abbiamo avuto né tempo né modo di chiedere tutto ciò che ci necessitava. A quel punto siamo andati via senza che nessuno si degnasse neppure di rispondere al saluto. Personale davvero poco professionale! Metto una stella solo perché non ho la possibilità di non metterne neppure una
We entered this exhibition because we have to redo a bathroom. We walked around a bit until a lady approached us to ask what we needed. We asked for specific sanitary ware that they didn't have. At this point the lady we turned to liquidated us in 30 seconds, intrigued by a speech that a colleague of hers was making. We had neither time nor way to ask for everything we needed. Sono stata settimana scorsa per un preventivo e sicuramente mi serviró ancora da loro. Tante idee innovative e originali per chi volesse ristrutturare il proprio bagno...sono rimasta davvero senza parole! Poi il personale è stato davvero molto molto gentile!
