Nell’ ordine di vendita, in maniera abile, ti scrivono vicino al prodotto q2 e sei fregato. Dopodiché allo scarico se protesti ti dicono che c’era scritto nell’ ordine q2 ma ti mettono la sigla vicino al codice del prodotto ben camuffato. Chi va a controllare le sigle i codici di mattonelle ? Consigliano le cose che ‘hanno a terra’ ma che in realtà sono di seconda scelta evitando di comunicarlo. In realtà questi comprano stock di seconda scelta in quantità e contano sul fatto di essere veloci nella consegna così rifilano la seconda scelta che ‘hanno a terra‘. I prezzi non sono da seconda scelta. Anzi è un negozio carissimo per cui ti aspetti il meglio ma poi c’è la sorpresa. Tutti molto affabili !! Offrono il caffe di continuo. Con il computer ti fanno il 3D ma poi ti fanno il pacco .... Da denuncia penale. Scappare da questi commercianti. Ovviamente la mia recensione è supportata da ben 4 testimoni presenti ed una fattura di oltre 5.000 €uro di merce inservibile. Non una mattonella uguale all’ altra. Neanche seconda scelta !!. Nota: Ho fatto l’acquisto senza neanche chiedere sconti particolari oppure speculando. Ristrutturazione rovinata con mattonelle tutte difettose. Una vergogna !! La risposta dell'azienda sotto riportata è patetica ! Chiunque può chiedere di venire a casa mia e vedere cosa fa questa gente per vendere.... NOT RECOMMENDED! With the computer they make you 3D but then they make you the package .... From criminal report. Run away from these traders. Obviously my review is supported by 4 witnesses present and an invoice of over € 5,000 of unserviceable goods. Not a tile like the other. Not even second choice !!. Note: I made the purchase without even asking for special discounts or speculating. Ruined renovation with defective tiles. A shame !! The company's answer below is pathetic! Anyone can ask to come to my house and see what these people are doing to sell ....
