★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent over $300 on a platter and to have it air shipped to US. It was poorly packed, shipped by boat not air and arrived smashed. It didn't even say fragile on the box. They ignored numerous emails, I had my cousin in Italy call and they said they never received the emails. After far too much back and forth they finally agreed to send a replacement. What send was a defective platter they could never sell with burnt paint and holes. Do not shop here.
