Purtroppo però l'acqua invece di scendere per lo scarico si ferma addosso al muro o fuoriesce dal box doccia. L'installazione è perfettamente in bolla... Ceramica globo dichiara che il problema è: una deformazione del piatto doccia, probabilmente causata dal trasporto o dallo stoccaggio nei magazzini. CERAMICA GLOBO NON RISPONDE!!! Secondo loro l'installatore doveva controllare la perfetta forma del piatto doccia prima d'installarlo cosa praticamente impossibile data la leggera contropendenza di difetto. GRAVI DANNI E COMPORTAMENTO POCO SERIO!!! SCONSIGLIATO!!! Purchased resin shower tray and installed flush with the floor. Ho acquistato un WC a terra della serie Concept ed il sedile è del modello piccolo perchè hanno ben pensato di non farne uno per il modello grande...........con il risultato che non è confortevole e non corrisponde il foro. Dopo la lettera dell'avvocato mi mandano il tecnico che fa una specie di pitturazione aggiuntiva che ovviamente si è corrosa dopo neanche un mese... pessima qualità e pessimo contatto con il cliente. ridicoli. Shower was supposed to be white but had yellow spots clearly given a manufacturing defect. After the lawyer's letter they send me the technician who makes a kind of additional painting which obviously has eroded after less than a month ... poor quality and bad customer contact. ridiculous.

L'idraulico ha contattato il tecnico della Globo, che gli ha riferito che serve per forza la cassetta con quel modello (cosa che la Globo si guarda bene di segnalare prima dell'acquisto); dopo aver rifatto parte dei lavori di muratura, per montare la cassetta al posto del passo rapido, il water scarica ancora malissimo, e un'ampia parte della tazza non viene pulita. Ovviamente la Globo si guarda bene del rispondere qualcosa, nonostante siano stati contattati via mail. Cosa che pare essere loro abitudine, a giudicare dalle altre recensioni.
