Mobili del bagno, sanitari e rubinetterie è stato un disastro.
Mobili tutti con misure sbagliate, rubinetterie di serie diverse, parti in plastica corrose e rovinate dopo pochi giorni dall'installazione.
Abbiamo acquistato in blocco materiale per 7 bagni e non c'è stata una sola cosa che sia andata per il verso giusto.
Assistenza post-vendita praticamente nulla, rimbalzando ogni responsabilità sul "fornitore"; dopo aver acquistato decine di migliaia di euro di materiale ci saremmo aspettati almeno un minimo di attenzione e supporto nella post-vendita.
I problemi sono stati risolti dopo quasi un anno dall'acquisto ed a seguito di decine di telefonate da parte nostra.
OK floors and walls.
Bathroom furniture, fixtures and fittings were a disaster.
All furniture with wrong measurements, taps of different series, plastic parts corroded and ruined a few days after installation.
We bought 7 bathroom equipment in bulk and not a single thing went right.
Virtually no after-sales assistance, rebounding all responsibility on the "supplier"; after purchasing tens of thousands of euros of material, we would have expected at least a minimum of attention and support in post-sales.
The problems were solved almost a year after the purchase and following dozens of phone calls from us.
