Nel pomeriggio del 28/02/2021 sono entrato nel negozio di Montefiascone
di Terra e Colore. Avendo visto un bel lume da tavolo in ceramica ne ho chiesto il prezzo. Il venditore ha risposto almeno tre volte che il prezzo era di 160 euro. Anche mia moglie e mia figlia hanno sentito chiaramente questa cifra. Ho deciso di acquistarlo e non ho controllato la cifra che il venditore digitava sull'apparecchio per le carte di credito.
Di solito mi fido delle persone.
Solo 2 ore dopo guardando il cellulare mi sono accorto che la cifra che avevo pagato era di 260 euro.
Sono rimasto sconcertato e deluso, perche' il venditore era sembrato affabile e persona di cui potersi fidare.
La mattina successiva ho chiamato al telefono il venditore e lui ha negato di avermi mai detto 160 euro.
Quindi, la prossima volta sarΓ² molto piΓΉ cauto.
Scrivo questa recensione per mettere in guardia i prossimi clienti.
Non mi e' sembrato un comportamento onesto il negare di aver detto una cifra diversa da quella che poi mi ha addebitato.
An unpleasant fact and unprofessional behavior.
On the afternoon of 28/02/2021 I entered the Montefiascone shop
of Earth and Color. Having seen a beautiful ceramic table lamp, I asked the price. The seller replied at least three times that the price was 160 euros. My wife and daughter also clearly heard this figure. I decided to buy it and did not check the amount that the seller was typing on the credit card machine.
I usually trust people.
Just 2 hours later, looking at my cell phone, I realized that the amount I had paid was 260 euros.
I was baffled and disappointed, as the salesperson seemed friendly and person to be trusted.
The next morning I called the salesman on the phone and he denied ever telling me 160 euros.
So I'll be a lot more cautious next time.
I am writing this review to warn upcoming customers.
It did not seem honest to me to deny having said a different amount from the one he then charged me.
