★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un tempo avevano ottimi marchi. Ho provato più volte a comperare ma ho trovato insieme a belle lampade tanta roba di scarsissimo valore. Io mi ostino a non comperare on-line con la convinzione di poter essere consigliata, invece pur avendo spiegato esattamente le mie esigenze, mi hanno fatto acquistare delle lampade del tutto sbagliate, le cui lampadine si sono fulminate in pochi mesi e quando ho cercato i ricambi non ho avuto nessuna collaborazione ma solo risposte sgarbate, come d’altronde era accaduto anche in precedenza. Riassumendo: qualità scarsa, competenza e cortesia nulle, da evitare.

I insist on not buying online with the belief that I can be recommended, but despite having exactly explained my needs, they made me buy completely wrong lamps, whose bulbs burned out in a few months and when I looked for spare parts I have not had any collaboration but only rude answers, as indeed had happened previously. In summary: poor quality, zero competence and courtesy, to be avoided.
