★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2000 ci siamo sposati io e mia moglie abbiamo comprato cucina, camera da letto e cristalli era in arte povera dopo vent'anni con l'arrivo anche di 2 figlie i mobili erano ancora nuovi , comprato casa nuova non si poteva adattare la cucina allora siamo tornati ci ha seguito sempre Paolo un gran professionista gentile,disponibile e anche molto simpatico abbiamo preso una cucina un po' più moderna da sogno prezzo concorrenziale ed altissima qualità , anche i ragazzi che l'hanno montata (uno era lo stesso di 22 anni fa) sono stati straordinari...... l'unico neo è che se le sue cucine durano più di vent'anni lui non lavorerà così tanto......ha ha ha scherzo ma la camera ne ha 22 ed è ancora perfetta ! Grazie Paolo C'era e grazie a tutti il tuo staff
In 2000 my wife and I got married we bought the kitchen, bedroom and crystal glass it was in poor art after twenty years with the arrival of 2 daughters the furniture was still new, bought a new house it was not possible to adapt the kitchen then we came back Paolo always followed us a great professional, kind, helpful and also very nice we took a slightly more modern dream kitchen competitive price and very high quality, even the guys who mounted it (one was the same 22 years old ago) they were extraordinary ...... the only drawback is that if his kitchens last more than twenty years he won't work so hard ...... ha ha ha joke but the room has 22 and it's still perfect! Ad ogni telefonata di sollecito, il solito ormai "la richiamo domani".....telefonata che non arriva mai.
Se avessi saputo di questo modo di trattare il cliente di certo non avrei acquistato da loro.
Ordered a wardrobe with delivery in March 2021 to date still awaiting delivery.
At each reminder call, the usual now "I'll call you back tomorrow" ..... phone call that never comes.
If I had known of this way of treating the customer I certainly would not have bought from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in questo mobilificio verso metà dicembre 2020, e sinceramente, avessi avuto un preventivo in mano, per la cordialità la bravura e la capacità nel saper vendere, avrei comprato da loro.
A metà febbraio 2021, dopo 3 telefonate di sollecito da parte mi, ancora non avevo un preventivo.
Dopo l’ennesima telefonata è un “la richiamo, e prendiamo un appuntamento per il preventivo”, sto ancora aspettando la telefonata, e siamo a fine marzo 2021.
Se non avete voglia di vendere, siate almeno sinceri.........
I went to this furniture factory in mid-December 2020, and honestly, if I had a quote in hand, for the friendliness, the skill and the ability to sell, I would have bought from them.
In mid-February 2021, after 3 reminders from me, I still didn't have a quote.
After the umpteenth phone call is a "I'll call you back, and let's make an appointment for a quote", I'm still waiting for the phone call, and we are at the end of March 2021.
If you don't want to sell, at least be honest .........
