Dopo il mio trasferimento da Albania in Italia,volevo iniziare percorso di laurea triennale.
Questi gentili signori di Cepu mi hanno detto che gli studi di Albania non potevano essere riconosciuti in Italia perché noi non siamo un paese nella comunità Europea. Io avevo già conseguito elementari,le medie e i superiori ,e avevo già la diploma. Loro mi hanno detto che dovevo iniziare le scuole medie da capo (6000€) per poi proseguire con i superiori e tanti altri pagamenti nei anni successivi.
Non sapevo dove chiedere altrove e nessuno non sapeva dirmi niente nei uffici di questa beata città chiamato Pordenone. Dopo tempo passato e niente positivo ,ero esausta e non potevo credere che dovevo fare da capo tutto(le scuole in Albania sono delle migliori) parlavo e scrivevo già italiano e inglese.
Un giorno scelgo di parlare per mio caso in Facebook anche se mi vergognavo però avevo bisogno di sapere cosa avevano fatto altri compaesani miei.
SI CHAMA “DICHIARAZIONE DI VALORE” e si fa nel consolato italiano a Tirana. Con quel documento tu puoi andare e iniziare gli studi universitari in qualsiasi Università di italia (statale o privata essa sia)
Dopo tante bugie e tanti anni persi ,io oggi mi sono iscritta al Università statale in Italia e ho finito primo anno. Gli studi DI ALBANIA VENGONO RICONOSCIUTI IN ITALIA.

 I am doing this review because no one does not have to go through what I have been through for 2 years.
After my transfer from Albania to Italy, I wanted to start a three-year degree program.
These gentlemen of Cepu told me that the studies of Albania could not be recognized in Italy because we are not a country in the European community. I had already completed elementary school, middle school and high school, and I already had a diploma. They told me that I had to start middle school all over again (€ 6000) and then continue with high school and many other payments in the following years.
I did not know where to ask elsewhere and no one could tell me anything in the offices of this blessed city called Pordenone. After some time and nothing positive, I was exhausted and couldn't believe that I had to do it all over again (the schools in Albania are the best) I was already speaking and writing Italian and English.
One day I choose to speak for myself on Facebook even though I was ashamed but I needed to know what other fellow villagers of mine had done.
IT IS CALLED "DECLARATION OF VALUE" and is made in the Italian consulate in Tirana. With that document you can go and start university studies at any university in Italy (state or private)
After so many lies and so many years lost, today I enrolled at the State University in Italy and I finished first year. The studies of ALBANIA ARE RECOGNIZED IN ITALY.
