★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fra il convento, la chiesa dell’Immacolata e il giardino dei Frati Cappuccini, il Ginnasio-Liceo Torquato Tasso e le palazzine per i Postelegrafonici sorse la piazza intitolata a San Francesco sul terreno precedentemente adibito a cimitero comunale. Nel 1972 venne inaugurata l’attuale fontana con il monumento del santo, insieme alla ristrutturazione dei giardini e i vari alberi.
 Between the convent, the church of the Immaculate Conception and the garden of the Capuchin Friars, the Torquato Tasso high school and the buildings for the Postelegraphonics, the square dedicated to St. Francis was built on the land previously used as a municipal cemetery. In 1972 the current fountain with the monument of the saint was inaugurated, along with the renovation of the gardens and the various trees.
