Ordine urgente con consegna garantita in pochi giorni perché la scrivania era in pronta consegna...la data non è stata rispettata, ovviamente..! Era già successo lo scorso anno, quindi direi che è ora di sconsigliare questo fornitore! Il materiale è soddisfacente, peccato che l'assistenza sia pessima. Una lode però la rivolgo al trasportatore/montatore, simpatico veloce e super efficiente! I purchased for the second time in this store only to complete an office furniture purchased here a year ago. Urgent order with guaranteed delivery in a few days because the desk was ready for delivery ... the date was not respected, of course ..! It had already happened last year, so I would say it's time to advise against this supplier! The material is satisfactory, too bad the assistance is bad. A praise, however, I address to the transporter / fitter, nice fast and super efficient!

UFFICIO AMMINISTRATIVO CHE CHIEDE PAGAMENTI SENZA ESSERE A CONOSCENZA CHE IL MATERIALE NON E' STATO CONSEGNATO. DI SICURO NON HO TROVATO UN'AZIENDA CHE VOLESSE SODDISFARE IL CLIENTE. IL TUTTO CONDITO DA UNA GENERALE MALEDUCAZIONE. BAD EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN!! ORDER ARRIVED WITH GREAT DELAY COMPARED TO WHAT PROMISED BY THE COMMERCIAL. Ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene, in special modo con la sig.ra Maria Teresa Conti (addetta vendite dell'ufficio di Torino) la quale si è sempre contraddista per la sua disponibilità, simpatia, competenza e risoluzione di qualsiasi tipo di problematica insorgesse, ormai è diventata il nostro punto di riferimento !! L'azienda e il personale addetto al montaggio operano con estrema velocità curando ogni minimo dettaglio nella posa. Gli arredi, scrivanie, pareti mobili e attrezzate sono di qualità eccellente, ormai sono anni che le abbiamo e non abbiamo mai constatato difetti di fabbricazione o altro. In sostanza non possiamo che essere estremamente soddisfatti di questa azienda. We have always found ourselves very well, especially with Ms Maria Teresa Conti (sales assistant of the Turin office) who has always contradicted herself for her availability, friendliness, competence and resolution of any type of problem that may arise, it has now become our point of reference !! The company and the assembly staff work with extreme speed, taking care of every detail in the installation. The furnishings, desks, movable and equipped walls are of excellent quality, we have had them for years and we have never found manufacturing defects or other. Basically we can only be extremely satisfied with this company.

I prodotti sono di ottima qualità e dal design moderno ed elegante e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Devo ringraziare in particolare la Signora Maria Teresa Conti per la cortesia e la professionalità dei servizi di vendita e di assistenza, ma anche la consegna ed il montaggio sono stati perfetti, il personale addetto preciso, veloce e molto gentile. La mia esperienza è stata soddisfacente, pertanto il mio giudizio è ottimo. I bought some office furniture at the Centr ufficio Showroom in Corso Vigevano 58 in Turin on the advice of a colleague who is already a customer and I must say that I too was very satisfied. Poco professionali, approssimativi nella gestione degli ordini ed assolutamente da evitare. Stateci alla larga! Two desks and three drawer units delivered months late and in 5 installments (they made me waste an unthinkable amount of time). Unprofessional, approximate in order management and absolutely to be avoided. Stay away!

Non sono stato contattato per mesi e dopo alcuni solleciti mi è stata comunicata una data di Dicembre per la consegna, poi spostata (sempre da loro) di qualche giorno più avanti. La beffa è che il giorno previsto per la consegna non si è presentato nessuno, non sono stato avvisato e ho mandato una mail che non ha avuto risposta. Deluso per la maleducazione e non attenzione al cliente, peccato perché sembrava un'azienda seria. I ordered an office chair at the Turin showroom back in September 2021, the delivery time had to be 1 or 2 weeks. I have not been contacted for months and after some reminders I was communicated a December date for delivery, then moved (again by them) a few days later. The joke is that no one showed up on the day scheduled for delivery, I was not notified and I sent an email that was not answered. Disappointed with the rudeness and not paying attention to the customer, too bad because it seemed like a serious company.
