★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non rispondono mai al telefono del negozio, dicono di attivare promozioni che poi nn si attivano....forse dovreste cambiare mestiere...... avvolte se con troppe persone in fila, sono pure scortesi....entrambi..,.. (le offerte vantaggiose sono Iliad a 5.99€, 30 giga e tutto illimitato verso tutti, informatevi...) Per quanto mi riguarda siete incompententi, dando attenzione a chi spende di più........
they never answer the phone in the shop, they say they activate promotions which then don't activate .... maybe you should change jobs ...... sometimes if with too many people in line, they are also rude .... both .., .. (the advantageous offers are Iliad at 5.99 €, 30 giga and all unlimited to everyone, inquire ...) As far as I'm concerned you are incompetent, paying attention to those who spend the most ........

Ho avuto un problema con una promozione che non ne voleva sapere di attivarsi ma loro maneggiando qualcosa anche con TIM vera e propria (essendo loro solo un tramite) sono riusciti ad avviarla.
Ho notato che per contattarli telefonicamente ci vogliono MOLTI tentativi ma sono stato gia personalmente da loro e se non rispondono è perchè il negozio è pienissimo e non possono proprio rispondere...

Staff polite and ready to solve various problems.
I had a problem with a promotion that did not want to be activated but they managed to start it by handling something even with TIM itself (being they only an intermediary).
I noticed that to contact them by phone it takes a LOT of attempts but I have already been to them personally and if they do not answer it is because the shop is very full and they cannot really answer ...
Very good keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gentile! cecano sempre di accontentarti su quello che cerchi le migliori tariffe e ti tengono sempre aggiornati,per far risparmiare i loro clienti e anche i nuovi che verranno.l'unica cosa piccola è che si sono spostati un pô più sü,prima lo avevo a circa 2 metri dà casa e mi era più comodo ,per me.ma il negozio era anche più piccolo ,ora è molto più grande e i cellulari in esposizione si vedano meglio ,e come negozio è molto di lusso,anno fatto attenzione a tutti i particolari, esempio ora uno si può sedere ,perché cè sempre pieno,e siccome non ci vanno solamente i giovani ma tutte le fasce di età! È molto comodo!
