Ho scoperto che nel wellness esiste il “su misura” e che le possibilità sono davvero infinite. Pensate che mi hanno detto che hanno fatto anche una piscina su uno yacht !!! Sicuramente una delle Aziende piú fornite a Roma nel settore. Consigliatissimi se non vi accontentate del solito mega store di bricolage ma volete un progetto personalizzato di un certo livello... Ho conosciuto i loro servizi e mi sono fidato della competenza dimostrata, per cui ho sottoscritto un contratto di manutenzione. Per ora si sono occupati della riapertura della piscina dopo l'inverno, che quest'anno è durato anche troppo. Non so come gestiranno anche la chiusura dell'impianto a ottobre, ma al momento mi reputo soddisfatto. Discuto tutti i dettagli (posizionamento sauna su terrazzo coperto solo in minima parte, quindi la sauna deve essere da esterno, misure ecc.) e mi dicono che mi manderanno un preventivo via mail. Non avendolo ricevuto, il 22 giugno richiamo: risponde una segretaria che dice che dei preventivi se ne occupa il titolare, al momento assente. Chiedo di essere richiamato. Non essendo stato richiamato e non avendo ancora ricevuto nessun preventivo, richiamo io il 7 luglio, Ancora nulla. Pero' almeno il giorno dopo ricevo il preventivo via email. Rispondo subito ribadendo che sono interessato ad un modello da esterno, e indico il tipo di sauna, tra quelle inviatemi nel preventivo, che sarei stato interessato ad acquistare. Mi rispondono che la fabbrica non garantisce per l'aperto (meno male che lo avevo specificato!!), e che potrebbero eventualmente farne fare una apposta, ma le dimensioni minime sono piu' grandi di quelle che a me servono (per motivi di spazio). Chiedo allora se almeno mi possono mettere in contatto con un fornitore che offre saune da esterno, visto che io lo avevo chiarito sin dall'inizio. Mai ricevuto risposta. Mi hanno fatto solo perdere tempo. Sconsigliatissimo. I call on June 3 specifying that I am interested in purchasing an outdoor sauna. They reply that the factory does not guarantee for the outdoors (thank goodness I had specified it !!), and that they could possibly have one made on purpose, but the minimum dimensions are larger than what I need (for reasons of space ). So I ask if at least they can put me in contact with a supplier who offers outdoor saunas, since I had made it clear from the beginning. Never received a reply. They just wasted my time. Not recommended.
