Divano Acquistato a Febbraio 2017 dopo 3 mesi presenta i primi difetti al motore , poi perde olio , poi una seduta fa rumore tutte le volte che ci si alza o ci si siede, decidono di portarlo via e mi ritorna con gli stess identici difetti. Morale della favola: Divano che presenta problemi da quasi 2 anni, garanzia non rispettata nemmeno dopo aver interpellato un avvocato (che nel frattempo abbiamo pagato) e riparazione a spese NOSTRE da un riparatore locale che riscontra la mancanza di 4 viti su 6 che mantengono la spalletta laterale che nel frattempo di è imbarcata per colpa di questa mancanza.. costo 350€ !!!! Moral of the story: Sofa that has had problems for almost 2 years, warranty not respected even after having consulted a lawyer (which we have paid in the meantime) and repair at OUR expense by a local repairer who finds the lack of 4 out of 6 screws that maintain the side shoulder that in the in the meantime she is embarked due to this lack .. cost 350 € !! Lo acquisto al costo di 1850€ e udite udite, dopo tre anni inizia a screpolarsi la similpelle e dopo quattro anni è totalmente spelato. Dopo averli contattati si rendono disponibili a sistemarlo offrendomi la manodopera, mentre il tessuto a spese mie, alla modifa cifra di ca. 800€ iva esclusa. Gli propongo di fornirgli io la pelle visto che mio codgnato lavora in conceria e loro non si sono più fatti sentire. Mai più centrodivani. Totally negative experience !!! Mi da fastidio leggere recensioni di chi reclama per la similpelle che si spela dopo 3 anni: dovrebbe provare a rivolgersi alla GDO e capire che gli anni di garanzia sono 2 e quelli che l'artigiano ti offre (manodopera gratuita) con la GDO te la sogni. Solo che è facile reclamare con una piccola azienda artigiana, più difficile fare i duri con le strutture organizzate che nemmeno stanno a sentirti.
