Consigliatissimo! L’insegnante è attento alle esigenze di ciascuno ed è molto preparato sia relativamente agli aspetti fisici sia per quanto riguarda la filosofia dello yoga e la meditazione. Non a caso in questo centro oltre alle lezioni di hata yoga è possibile frequentare bagni di gong e seminari di Kriya yoga. Great center.
