Proprietario maleducato che parla con altri di affari suoi invece che servire adeguatamente la clientela che tra l altro torna in vodafone ..come al solito le offerte di Vodafone per tornare celano sempre qualche sorpresa..fatto sta che siamo tornati ad iliad immediatamente!!! Se é così la loro politica di tenersi i clienti!!!
Never again from this shop but never again in Vodafone !! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ negozio non affidabile e non disponibile con la clientela quando gli poni un problema se ne lavano le mani ... portato modem per disdetta dopo che mi e stato spiegato di dover fare la raccomandata e inviare il modem indietro dopo 4 mesi continuano ad arrivare le bollette, pur seguendo le indicazioni fornite dal negoziante ....una vergogna
shop not reliable and not available with customers when you pose a problem if they wash their hands ... brought modem for cancellation after I was told that I have to make the registered letter and send the modem back after 4 months the bills continue to arrive , while following the directions provided by the shopkeeper .... a shame
