È stata la prima volta in questo ambulatorio e sarà anche l'ultima! Quattro buchi sono stati fatti, una per ogni zampa. 40 minuti di sofferenza avuto il mio cane e noi stessi! Erano tre medici più io e mia madre a tenere il mio Jack Russel con tutta la museruola. È stato molto triste è imbarazzante. Io "credo" che non riuscivano a trovare la vena: Loro mi dicevano che la vena collassava, bla bla bla.... Che dopo un paio di giorni dovevamo fare un altro prelievo chiamato profilo coagulativo per vedere se era questo il problema. Niente! Dopo tanti tentativi si sono dovuti fermare per 10 minuti il tempo che il mio cane si riprendeva. Per correttezza dico che loro fin dall'inizio la volevano fare sul collo Io mi sono rifiutato. In base com'è andata, a questo punto credo di aver preso la decisione giusta. Comunque: Alla fine quando ho ritirato mi sono accorto che le analisi del sangue non erano completi, perlomeno rispetto a quelle che ho fatto fare negli anni precedenti Fino all'anno scorso. Mancavano altri due malattie infettive. I wanted to do a simple blood test on my Jack Russel, which I do quietly every year. It was the first time in this clinic and it will also be the last! Four holes were made, one for each leg. 40 minutes of suffering had my dog and ourselves! There were three doctors plus my mother and I who were holding my Jack Russel with all the muzzle. It was very sad and embarrassing. I "believe" they couldn't find the vein: They told me the vein was collapsing, bla bla bla .... That after a couple of days we had to do another sample called a coagulation profile to see if this was the problem. Anything! After many attempts, the time my dog recovered had to be stopped for 10 minutes. To be fair I say that from the beginning they wanted to do it on the neck. I refused. Based on how it went, at this point I think I made the right decision. In any case: In the end when I retired I realized that the blood tests were not complete, at least compared to the ones I had done in previous years Until last year. Two other infectious diseases were missing.

Personalmente mi è capitato di trovare un gattino vicino casa ed ho subito riscontrato una evidente ipotermia, diarrea e un leggero prolasso sul sederino. Ho cercato aiuto tramite la polizia municipale ma non rispondeva nessuno. Nel frattempo il gattino stava andando in evidente arresto cardiaco per cui per evitarne la morte ho deciso di portarlo in questo centro veterinario e di accollarmi ovviamente le spese per salvarlo. Ad Accoglierci è stato il fantastico e meraviglioso Dott. Francesco Magrì che insieme alla sua collega hanno ridato la vita a quel gatto ormai collassato. In pratica hanno fatto un miracolo! Il dottore è stato comprensivo e mi ha rispettato anche nella spesa e visto un mio personale ed attuale problema economico questo è stato ancora più gradito. Grazie di esistere a tutta la squadra e continuate sempre così! I cannot fail to give 5 stars but I would give 100 if allowed. Kind and professional. Personally I happened to find a kitten near the house and I immediately found an evident hypothermia, diarrhea and a slight prolapse on the bottom. I sought help from the municipal police but no one answered. In the meantime, the kitten was going into evident cardiac arrest so to avoid his death I decided to take him to this veterinary center and obviously take on the expenses to save him. To welcome us was the fantastic and wonderful Dr. Francesco Magrì who together with his colleague gave life to that collapsed cat. They practically worked a miracle! The doctor was understanding and also respected me in spending and given my personal and current economic problem this was even more appreciated. Thanks for existing to the whole team and always keep it up!

Sicuramente non è facile riuscire a trovare dei veterinari così precisi e qualificati, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi problema, dubbio o consiglio. Mi sono trovata molto bene sin dall’inizio, non solo per l’attenzione e l’accuratezza che mostrano nei confronti dei nostri animali, ma persino nel riuscire a comprendere le esigenze dei padroni, anche per quelli che come me sono molto apprensivi. Professional, kind and reliable vets. It is certainly not easy to find such precise and qualified veterinarians, always available for any problem, doubt or advice. I found myself very well from the beginning, not only for the attention and accuracy they show towards our animals, but even in being able to understand the needs of the owners, even for those who like me are very apprehensive.
