Siamo rimasti molto delusi dal post vendita e montaggio del mobile con ritardi multipli nervosismo e nessuna professionalità ( non avevano attrezzatura adatta per il montaggio neanche una scala o seghetto) una delusione colossale tornassi indietro non acquisterei più nulla. Meglio mondo convenienza! We served in this store, nothing to say about the interior designer Elena who served us with professionalism, kindness and a lot of courtesy. We were very disappointed by the after-sales and assembly of the furniture with multiple delays, nervousness and no professionalism (they did not have suitable equipment for assembling even a ladder or hacksaw) a colossal disappointment I went back I would not buy anything anymore. Better world convenience!

Senza dubbio ci siamo trovati con DAVIDE, che, con la sua cordialità e gentilezza ci ha saputo guidare nella scelta dei dettagli e nel progetto soprattutto della nostra cucina. Sempre paziente e disponibile nei cambiamenti alla ricerca della soddisfazione completa del cliente. Qualche pasticcio è stato fatto nella parte del montaggio che è avvenuto in più appuntamenti; con qualche piccola accortezza, con qualche comunicazione in più riguardo ai vari ed eventuali ritardi, si potrebbe ottenere un buon servizio anche su quel lato. Ne ho girati tanti di negozi nell’ultimo periodo, diciamo che in linea trovavo persone poco disponibili o comunque poco pazienti. Invece da CVM ho avuto la fortuna di conoscere Davide, una persona professionale, educata e molto disponibile. Con Davide ho avuto modo di capire quale fosse la cucina adatta alle mie esigenze, con ampia scelta di materiali e finiture (già dentro lo showroom del negozio è possibile capire quanto siano di qualità tutti i materiali utilizzati, con un moderno approccio al design). Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione, nulla è stato trascurato durante la progettazione della cucina. Ero così soddisfatta del servizio ricevuto che decisi di progettare anche l’ufficio e una cabina armadio su misura. Come per la cucina, Davide ha saputo consigliarmi al meglio anche nei miei momenti di totale indecisione. Durante la progettazione dello studio, con tanta pazienza Davide ha valutato ogni particolare, a partire dalla luce naturale a come poter ottimizzare gli spazi a disposizione. I have visited many shops in the last period, let's say that I found people who were little available or in any case not very patient online. Instead from CVM I was lucky enough to meet Davide, a professional, polite and very helpful person. With Davide I was able to understand which kitchen was suitable for my needs, with a wide choice of materials and finishes (already inside the store showroom it is possible to understand how high quality all the materials used are, with a modern approach to design). Every detail has been carefully taken care of, nothing has been overlooked when designing the kitchen. I was so satisfied with the service I received that I also decided to design the office and a custom-made walk-in closet. As for the kitchen, Davide was able to give me the best advice even in my moments of total indecision. During the design of the studio, with a lot of patience Davide evaluated every detail, starting from natural light to how to optimize the available spaces.
