There is not the slightest respect for the anti-covid rules, gatherings of people waiting for hours, they sanitize your hands but then make you sit on all the chairs without sanitizing them, very bad organization

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo appuntamento sabato 30 luglio nella fascia oraria dalle 14 alle 15, ma ci viene detto dal personale che dalle 13.30 non viene più rispettata la fascia oraria. Ci sono file di gente ammassata senza il rispetto del distanziamento
We had an appointment on Saturday 30 July in the time slot from 14 to 15, but we are told by the staff that from 13.30 the time slot is no longer respected. There are lines of crowded people without respecting the distancing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato, ci siamo trovati fuori in 5, potevamo venire senza appuntamento alle 09:00. Chiuso! Al numero verde il centro risulta chiuso a Dicembre, ci dicono che in zona su appuntamento ce disponibilità lunedì pomeriggio, dove? nello stesso posto! ?
On Saturday, 5 of us were out, we could come without an appointment at 09:00. Locked down! At the toll-free number the center is closed in December, we are told that in the area by appointment there is availability on Monday afternoon, where? in the same place! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo letto delle recensioni negative riferite a questo centro ma tutto si è svolto in maniera positiva, io e mio marito avevamo appuntamento dalle 14:35 alle 15:05 , alle 15: 30 eravamo già a casa. Anche il personale é stato efficiente e gentile.
I had read some negative reviews about this center but everything went well, my husband and I had an appointment from 14:35 to 15:05, at 15: 30 we were already home. The staff were also efficient and kind.
