★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fanno entrare con ritardo di ore sulla prenotazione, gestione di prepotenza, entra subito chi ha prenotato per le 9 e si presenta alle 12, mentre chi ha prenotato alle 11 attende 3 ore almeno.
Senza rispetto per chi viene da lontano, persone anziane, fragili ecc, il primo dell'anno a fare la fila all'aperto, vedendosi scavalcare da persone che arrivano con ore di ritardo.
Il soggetto all'ingresso permette accesso senza orari né prenotazione ad amici, parenti e conoscenti.
Uno schifo assoluto, emblema di un'Italia che funziona malissimo, di una sanità che funziona anche peggio, di un sud Italia che assomiglia sempre più al nordafrica, quando si va in paesini così, Africa nera...
