★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una recensione chiedete al cliente come mai ha messo solo una stella... È chiaro che ci è stato riservato lo stesso trattamento!!! Mi reco dai signori del centro Tlab per chiedere la riparazione di un cellulare, dopo essere stata trattata con molta sufficienza (non si capiva se parlasse con me o con il suo collega) mi dice il costo. Il giorno dopo chiamo per avere alcune delucidazioni ma nessuno risponde, così mando un SMS su WhatsApp, mi chiedono solo di che info ho bisogno dopodiché nemmeno rispondono più. Beh che dire, la professionalità non è proprio il loro forte, per me è la cosa più importante, l'educazione deve andare a braccetto con le capacità.

I go to the gentlemen of the Tlab center to ask for a mobile phone to be repaired, after being treated with a lot of disdain (it was not clear if he spoke to me or his colleague) he tells me the cost. The next day I call to get some clarifications but no one answers, so I send an SMS on WhatsApp, they just ask me what info I need and then they don't even answer anymore. Well what to say, professionalism is not really their forte, for me it is the most important thing, education must go hand in hand with skills.

era questo il mio inizio,in quanto al lavoro, non avendo avuto tempo per finire la recensione si evince da qui quanto cortesi e sinceri siano a differenza di altri sgarbati quindi questo vale sicuramente una Stella in più per poi in un futuro di comunicazioni ritornarci sicuramente

this was my beginning, in terms of work, having not had time to finish the review it is clear from here how courteous and sincere they are unlike other rude ones so this is definitely worth an extra star and then in a future of communications definitely come back
