Really great experience! Christina sylvia and shaun were very nice and helped us as beginner divers. The dive was chill and the mosaics beautiful. If i come back I'll definitely try another site of baia!

Great lovely staff and very chilled atmosphere. We did the Ninfeo and ruins and the smokey reef with hot springs emerging from the seefloor and huge sunken pillars/piers from the antique port giving the area an eerie touch. Very beautiful. Thanks!

My husband and I took a trial dive a week ago (May 2021). It was the first time of us both; and for me it is something I have always wanted to do! The experience was great. The communication with Ms Cristina over the phone and email was excellent: she was never tired of my many questions. I felt very well assisted. At the centre, we were assisted by an English-speaking instructor (medium/sufficient level English) and another instructor who could only speak Italian. The instructions were clear, understandable and transmitted all necessary information in a calm way. Most importantly, both were very kind, calm, peaceful and patient. All of these excellent qualities were incredibly important to us because we had no idea what to expect, and I personally can have claustrophobic feelings. The water was very cold and that affected my breathing a lot; it took me a bit longer to get used to the water and to control my breathing so that I could safely use the breathing equipment. After that, we practiced at surface level by snorkelling, and then slowly went down. The price is definitely worth it: it includes access to the Archeological Park, equipment rental, instruction, and the dive itself of course. However: there were no private showers and no private changing cabins. We had to do everything in a small area with a smaller space including a toilet. We would have liked to wash myself: we did not want to do it in a publicly visible space with public showers next to each other. And for me, this was totally out of the question due to religious reasons. Overall, highly advisable:) Our sincere thanks to the whole staff: Cristina, Mimmo, Johnny, and the lady behind the desk. Top team.

This dive center is amazing! The staff were very knowledgeable and polite always! Like every dive center, it’s like coming home to family! Chiara was the best guide I would have ever asked for and always ensured safety first! This was like diving with friends I’ve known for years! Highly recommend and the dives were beautiful, especially the island dives that went a bit deeper 30-40 meters. Booked through PADI travel

Everyone is very nice and easy to communicate with in English. Scheduling is very easy, and there little to no rush with things. They do a dive in Baia Archeological Park every day, which is worth doing. It should be noted that the dives in the Park are very shallow, only 5m (15ft). All in all I really enjoyed diving them!

I was at this dive center with my wife for two weeks in August. Diving in the ruins of Baia is something very special. You can see impressive statues. Some ruins give an impression of the state of the art in antiquity. At some dive sites, such as B. Portus Julius you can become an explorer yourself. Those who want deeper dives can go to Miseno, Sant' Angelo or San Pancrazio. There you can see the typical underwater world of the Mediterranean Sea. It is worthwhile to inform the team of your own wishes in a friendly manner. They always try to fulfill the wishes of the guests. Centro Sub Campi Flegrei is a great dive center. Enzo and his team are doing an excellent job. I saw them fishing plastic garbage out of the ocean. They are committed to the sea and their guests. We would love to come back. Thanks for all.

These are great dives if you have not dived in a while and want to refresh your skills. You can SCUBA or snorkel and it is easy to do both, as you are mostly in about 15 feet of water. Coordinating for the dive was very easy over the phone and they made arrangements to stay at the local La Trigolga hotel, which was just great and located near great restaurants. We spoke only English, but they had a translator there who helped us understand what we were going to see. The pre dive instruction is very good and important so you see what you are looking at. The boat ride out to the site is short and in the bay. The guides in the water were very competent. I did end up purchasing one of the books that helps you understand what you are seeing as it would not make sense without the explanation. It is fascinating to understand that these are Roman buildings that have come back closer to the surface over the years because of the natural springs. I would not necessarily snorkel and the water was not absolutely clear and the divers underneath the snorkelers often stir up the sand. If you are going to snorkel, you will have to submerge frequently to be able to see.

Been there for diving last year with several friends since Italy is my favorite spot to be on vacation. The communication went very slow unfortunately. The time slots were not held on time. Once one of my friends had to wait for 1.5 hours until the class started. So make sure you have enough time after your dive. I went to this dive center shortly after I received my certification in another country. So I wasn’t very confident when it came to setting up my equipment for the first time without my teacher. They of course helped me but they seemed to be annoyed. The dive itself was cool. I enjoyed it. And the guide was very friendly and took care of me in a very good way. My friend got certified in this center with a group of in total four people. The teacher was unfortunately very harsh. He was strict and also very detailed which I think is good. He definitely is very skilled but the interaction with his students should be improved. Diving should be fun and you shouldn’t come home feeling absolutely down because you have been yelled at in such a disturbing way. My brother also did start the certification there but due to the teacher he didn’t finish it there. In total the dive center is fine but if you take classes be prepared for a harsh tone. Another friend of mine did an introduction dive and this dive though was a great experience. They did take care of her in a really good way and she felt safe and enjoyed the dive. So for an introductional dive go for it. I am writing this review a little bit later (went for the dives last year) because I had the chance to visit different dive centers now. To give a fair review after being able to compare other centers.
