Meglio scegliere il CFPA di Casargo: lì la formazione è molto alta, abitua già dalla classe prima a stare in cucina, a vivere lontano da casa con persone (inizialmente) sconosciute. Sì, la retta è maggiore, ma se si vuole avere una formazione di "classe" è meglio optare per il CFPA. Inoltre, i ragazzi possono proporsi per fare dei catering: in questo modo, imparano cosa vuol dire essere a contatto con la gente, e non cosa insegna la scuola.

Se per Corso di cucina pagando 40 euro si intende friggere 4 alici in olio, cuocere al forno uno sgombro con una crosta di pane e cucinare in guazzetto un nasello decongelato. NON ci siamo proprio, una presa per i fondelli terribile, livelli meno che base, impiattamenti inesistenti. X favore.
