Tre persone che si occupano dei colloqui di lavoro, ognuno di loro dice una cosa diversa su giorni ed orari senza consultarsi preventivamente con gli altri. Danno per certa l'assunzione (uno dei selezionatori dà appuntamento il giorno successivo il colloquio per iniziare subito a lavorare ma riducendo le ore settimanali, questo in accordo con un altro selezionatore; la sera, un terzo selezionatore posticipa telefonicamente il giorno di inizio alla settimana successiva ma aumentando nuovamente le ore lavorative). Il giorno dopo fanno chiamare la segretaria per dire che "al momento" non hanno più bisogno, non si illude una persona che cerca lavoro e che avrebbe potuto rinunciare subito dopo il colloquio ad eventuali altre possibilità di assunzione perché le era stato detto "cominci domani".
Disorganization and impropriety.
Three people who take care of job interviews, each of them says something different about days and times without consulting in advance with others. They take the job for certain (one of the recruiters makes an appointment the next day to start working immediately but reducing the weekly hours, this in agreement with another recruiter; in the evening, a third grader postpones the starting day per week by telephone later but increasing working hours again). The next day they call the secretary to say that "at the moment" they no longer need, they do not delude a person who is looking for a job and who could have given up immediately after the interview to any other possibilities of employment because they had been told "start tomorrow ".
