UNA DITTA SERIA DOVREBBE INFORMARSI SUL PRODOTTO CHE VENDE AI SUOI CLIENTI SOTTO OGNI ASPETTO, contando anche l'assistenza dello stesso.. ecco, questo non è stato fatto. Ho acquistato il MYPOS DA LORO ad inizio anno.. dopo circa 9 mesi il software ha avuto dei problemi.. quindi li contatto e mi dicono che non si occupano personalmente dell' assistenza e di chiamare chi lo ha fabbricato. Chiamo.. scopro che è una ditta BULGARA.. mi fanno inviare una foto del dispositivo e mi dicono d attendere.. passa una settimana, nulla .. finalmente mi dicono che devi SPEDIRE A MIE SPESE (non rimborsabili in futuro)IL POS IN BULGARIA.. che non sarà pronto prima di qualche settimana e che non mi sarà fornito alcun apparecchio sostitutivo.. Quindi alquanto arrabbiata per la beffa e il mancato servizio ai clienti del mio negozio per settimane chiamo il centro sistemi toscana per quantomeno poter avere un APPARECCHIO SOSTITUTIVO... MI VIENE RISPOSTO DI NO, NOI NN CE NE OCCUPIAMO. Sono stata ora a spedirlo 35 euro mi ci sono volute.. mi sento alquanto presa in giro..ed ora chissà quando mi riarrivera' dall'assistenza!!! I always enjoyed it until they sold me MYPOS! A SERIOUS COMPANY SHOULD GET INFORMED ABOUT THE PRODUCT IT SELLS TO ITS CUSTOMERS IN EVERY ASPECT, counting also the assistance of the same .. here, this has not been done. I bought MYPOS FROM THEM at the beginning of the year .. after about 9 months the software had some problems .. so I contact them and they tell me that they do not personally take care of the assistance and to call whoever manufactured it. I call .. I discover that it is a BULGARIAN company .. they send me a photo of the device and tell me to wait .. a week passes, nothing .. finally they tell me that you have to SHIP AT MY EXPENSES (not refundable in the future) THE POS IN BULGARIA .. that it will not be ready for a few weeks and that no replacement device will be provided .. So somewhat angry for the mockery and the lack of service to the customers of my shop for weeks I call the Tuscan systems center to at least be able to have a DEVICE SUBSTITUTE ... I AM ANSWERED NO, WE DO NOT TAKE CARE OF IT. I was now to send it 35 euros it took me .. I feel a bit teased .. and now who knows when it will come back from the assistance !!!
