 I do not live in Terni (and not even in Umbria) but in this U.I.L. I have found an excellent organization of services and kind and competent staff whom I would like to thank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridicoli. Devi portare tutto stampato. Anche se sono 50 pagine che loro devono poi scansionare di nuovo. E chiaramente non te lo dicono al telefono. Quindi 2 settimane di attesa per un viaggio a vuoto. Benvenuti nel 1990.
Ridiculous. You have to bring everything printed. Even if it is 50 pages they have to scan again. And clearly they don't tell you on the phone. So 2 weeks of waiting for an empty journey. Welcome to 1990.
