Al centralino, il centro viene definito "accessibile ai disabili" e senza il bisogno di un appuntamento. Arrivati lì, scopro che ci sono due ascensori, uno piccolo, in cui a malapena entrano due persone e uno più grande per le sedie a rotelle. Il centro si trova al primo piano, sotto a un Inps, che a quanto pare è "proprietaria" dell'ascensore più grande e non è fruibile quando gli uffici non ricevono al pubblico.
Nel 2017, a mia madre, viene negato l'accesso a un ufficio pubblico, perchè 1'ascensore è tenuto in ostaggio al piano di sopra e non si può sbloccare. Complimenti.

At the switchboard, the center is called "wheelchair accessible" and without the need for an appointment. Once there, I find that there are two elevators, one small, in which two people barely enter and one larger for wheelchairs. The center is located on the first floor, under an INPS, which apparently is the "owner" of the largest lift and cannot be used when offices do not receive the public.
In 2017, my mother was denied access to a public office, because the lift is held hostage upstairs and cannot be unlocked. Congratulations.
