Ho portato il mio pc al suo negozio in quanto estremamente lento. In 14 ore, si avete capito bene 14 ore ossia dalla sera alla mattina seguente, il PC era pronto all'uso e ora è una scheggia.
CHIAREZZA E PROFESSIONALITA' 10\10
A differenza di colleghi di zone limitrofe che se ne sono approfittati (almeno nel mio caso), Ronny è stato sincero con me spiegandomi quale fosse il problema e le possibili soluzioni a seconda di quanto volevo e potevo spendere. Ho molto apprezzato che mi ha messo tutto per iscritto così da avere anche uno storico di quello che è stato fatto al PC per chi magari mastica poco l'informatichese e in futuro avrà bisogno di spiegare cosa è stato fatto in passato.
RAPPORTO QUALITA'-PREZZO 10\10
Vi dico solo che a parità di prezzo con un collega di zone limitrofe dove mi sono recato anni fa, Ronny mi ha fatto ben 3 operazioni in più sul PC e il problema era lo stesso così come le operazioni da farsi.
GENTILEZZA E SERVIZI 10\10
La cordialità non manca! Ottimo anche il servizio di Whatsapp che ti avvisa prontamente quando il pc è pronto. Pagamento sia contante che telematico.
In definitiva,
Ci ritornerei? SI!

Unlike colleagues from neighboring areas who took advantage of it (at least in my case), Ronny was honest with me, explaining what the problem was and the possible solutions depending on how much I wanted and could spend. I very much appreciated that he put everything in writing for me so as to also have a history of what was done on the PC for those who perhaps chew a little computer language and in the future will need to explain what has been done in the past.
