Per fare ISEE con appuntamento 05/01/2021).. attesa 1 h 1/2 fuori al freddo ed avendo cambiato il loro programma non sapevano neanche come farlo.. risultato dopo 10 gg mi dicono (telefonando) che ci sono delle difformità!!! (dovute alla loro compilazione chiaramente...) Disponibilità poca e professionalità poca. Sono una socia da quando è stato aperto questo ufficio ma devo dire che da quando è andata via Emanuela e poi Marta (le responsabili) ora vive nel caos assoluto questo ufficio!!! Inoltre è un continuo cambio di personale!!!! Non so se il prossimo anno farò ancora la tessera con loro! This office is getting worse every year. I have been a partner since this office was opened but I must say that since Emanuela and then Marta (the managers) left, this office now lives in absolute chaos !!! Attese interminabili, tipo 2 ore e mezza, fuori al freddo, in quanto nel corridoio che chiamano "sala d'attesa" c'erano già 4 persone. Quasi sistematicamente, a parte per qualche pratica, non prendono appuntamenti, disorganizzazione totale. Responsabile sgarbata, hanno messo all'ingresso un cartello con scritto che se i clienti disturbano (chissà perchè ???? se mettono un cartello probabilmente la gente forse, forse ha un po' perso la pazienza!!!??) chiamano la Polizia, assurdo ! Mai visto in nessun posto un cartello del genere, che si chiedano il perchè!!! Good morning, bad experience to say the least, they charge € 60.00 for the card and then treat customers very badly. Interminable waits, like 2 and a half hours, outside in the cold, as there were already 4 people in the corridor they call the "waiting room". Almost systematically, apart from some practice, they do not make appointments, total disorganization. Rude manager, they put a sign at the entrance saying that if customers disturb (who knows why ???? if they put a sign probably people maybe, maybe they have lost their patience a bit !!! ??) they call the Police , absurd! Never seen a sign like this anywhere, wondering why !!!
