★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro San Donato could not have been more helpful. We were let down by Eurofins who cancelled our appointment at the last minute. We turned up at Centro San Donato, speaking very little Italian, and the staff went out of their way to arrange for someone to do Covid tests for us as soon as possible - they were friendly, professional and incredibly efficient.
