★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capisco le regole...ma rifiutarsi di aiutare una Signora di più di 80 anni a scaricare una TV dall'auto dicendole " si faccia aiutare da chi gliel'ha caricata" è da maleducati e da miseri...consiglio alla selezione del personale di scegliere meglio chi far lavorare, l'offerta non manca...
 I understand the rules ... but refusing to help a lady over 80 to unload a TV from her car by telling her "get help from whoever loaded it" is rude and miserable ... I recommend staff selection to better choose who to work, the offer is not lacking ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale assolutamente non preparato alla raccolta differenziata. Mi é capitato piú di una volta che mi facessero gettare materiale assolutamente riciclabile nell’ingombrante. Preferisco fare un po piú di strada e andare in altri comuni, dove la raccolta differenziata si fa davvero.
Personnel absolutely not prepared for separate collection. It has happened to me more than once that absolutely recyclable material was thrown into the bulky goods. I prefer to go a little further and go to other municipalities, where separate collection is really done.
