Per avere il rimborso, dato che l’oggetto danneggiato era una cornice di un dipinto, ci è stata chiesta fattura, anche a penna che il corniciaio ha fatto avere ai corrieri. A me rispondono che manca la fattura. Ora va bene tutto però, se siete voi a chiedere la fattura a penna poi non vi lamentate. Direi davvero professionisti seri! My experience is negative. I received an open parcel, I don't know from whom, it's damaged inside. To get a refund, given that the damaged object was a frame of a painting, we were asked for an invoice, even with a pen that the framer had the couriers get. To me they say that the invoice is missing. Now everything is fine though, if you ask for a pen invoice then don't complain. I would say really serious professionals!
