Ho portato la mia gattina a fare delle visite perché non stava molto bene, le sono stati fatti tutto gli accertamenti in un giorno per capire il suo problema ed aveva una piometra chiusa e andava operata. Sono stati molto disponibili a fargli delle cure pre operazione dato che essendo un intervento molto complicato e mi hanno avvisato subito dei rischi che poteva correre . Dopo l’operazione la mia gattina stava bene poi durante la mattinata dopo è crollata (rischio che purtroppo andava corso)mi hanno subito avvisata che purtroppo era andata in setticemia, le speranze che sopravvivesse erano davvero poche data la condizione della gattina che faticava a respirare, l’hanno tenuta in prognosi riservata e sotto terapie. La mia gattina stamattina si è ripresa, e non smetterò mai di ringraziare questi Dottori per la cura, la professionalità e l’empatia che hanno avuto prendendo questa situazione a cuore. Ringrazio particolarmente il Dottore Luigi Letteriello per aver fatto si che la mia gattina si riprendesse del tutto. Felicissima e soddisfatta di aver scelto loro. I truly recommend this clinic. I took my kitten for visits because she was not very well, all the checks were made in one day to understand her problem and she had a closed pyometra and had to be operated on. They were very willing to give him pre-surgery treatment since it was a very complicated operation and they immediately warned me of the risks he could run. After the operation my kitten was fine then during the morning after she collapsed (risk that unfortunately had to be run) they immediately warned me that unfortunately she had gone into septicemia, the hopes that she would survive were very low given the condition of the kitten who was struggling to breathe , they kept her on a confidential prognosis and under treatment. My kitten recovered this morning, and I will never stop thanking these doctors for the care, professionalism and empathy they have had in taking this situation to heart. I particularly thank Doctor Luigi Letteriello for making my kitten recover completely. Very happy and satisfied with having chosen them.

Una clinica veramente professionale e disponibile sin dalla prima chiamata fatta per le prime informazioni. Persone fantastiche e di cuore. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura ! F	Federica D'Elia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella solo perché non é possibile metterne zero. Mia personale esperienza: MALEDUCAZIONE, scortesia e POCA PROFESSIONALITÀ. Sono arrivata con la mia gattina che aveva problemi respiratori, le vengono fatti i raggi dicendo che il problema non era respiratorio (COSA ASSOLUTAMENTE NON VERA) ma intestinale. La "dottoressa" mi dice che deve essere operata URGENTEMENTE per via di un possibile corpo estraneo (che non compare assolutamente nei raggi e nell'ecografia.. forse lo avrà immaginato). Mi consiglia calorosamente un'altra clinica di sua conoscenza a Nocera. La gattina viene operata (nella clinica dove mi ha mandato la dottoressa, da un suo amico chirurgo) lo stesso giorno all'intestino e magicamente si scopre che NON AVEVA ASSOLUTAMENTE NULLA. Grazie alla magnifica professionalità ha subito un intervento non necessario e dopo una settimana é venuta a mancare perché era stata "curata" (se cosí si può dire) per un problema che non aveva invece che per la bronchite. É venuta a mancare per via della terapia sbagliata e dell'intervento non necessario. I put a star only because it is not possible to put zero. My personal experience: RUDE, rudeness and LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM. The "doctor" tells me that it must be URGENTLY operated because of a possible foreign body (which absolutely does not appear in the rays and in the ultrasound .. maybe she has imagined it). He warmly recommends another clinic of his acquaintance in Nocera. The kitten is operated on (in the clinic where the doctor sent me, by a surgeon friend of hers) the same day on the intestine and magically it turns out that she HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Thanks to the magnificent professionalism she underwent an unnecessary surgery and after a week she passed away because she had been "treated" (if we can say so) for a problem that she did not have instead of bronchitis. She passed away due to the wrong therapy and unnecessary surgery.
