Io sono iscritta come invalida da 25 anni, nessuno mi ha mai chiamata, anzi, quando lo andavo x farmi sentire, come tutta risposta mi dicevano: si ma lei lavora!! Certo che lavoravo, 3 ore al giorno e svolgendo un lavoro che non avrei potuto svolgere come invalida,( pulizie!) Ma secondo loro, avrei dovuto vivere io con i miei figli con 3 ore al giorno!! Ma perché nessuno fa niente? Ma perché la gente è così indifferente e crudele? Questa volta, cascasse il mondo, andrò li ogni santo giorno fino alla loro esasperazione e non mi stancherò! Se potessi darei 0 stelle!

Chiedo informazioni all’impiegata di cui purtroppo non conosco il nome e vengo aggredita con fare arrogante, maleducato presuntuoso e saccente. Ricordo che i cittadini si rivolgono a voi per essere aiutati e spesso e volentieri ci ritroviamo davanti persone che non hanno la minima sensibilità,la minima umanità e forse neanche la voglia di lavorare. Suggerisco di cercare nelle liste in vostro possesso qualcuno che possa sostituire questi individui e fare questo lavoro con maggior rispetto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mail indicata non riceve posta. Si consigliano chiarimenti o cancellazione del dato. Al telefono non risponde nessuno in orario apertura dopo vari tentativi. Confido nel fatto di trovare un buon servizio recandomi di persona al fine di cambiare il giudizio. Poi sono passato e sopo la solita coda e una discreta dosa di insistenza a non rimandarr la soluzione del problema è arrivata grazie ad una operatrice preparata ma anche paziente.

Essendo un servizio pubblico , come spesso accade si dimostra inefficiente e di quasi nessun aiuto per il cittadino. Potrebbe essere sostituito da un algoritmo che in automatico fornisce i documenti richiesti.
