Non avendo ricevuto immediato riscontro per posta elettronica, ho segnalato la mia richiesta telefonicamente ed il documento mi è stato rilasciato dopo pochissimo tempo ed inoltrato per mail. Gli impiegati sono stati gentili e disponibili ad accogliere le mie domande.
