★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura spettacolare immersa nelle campagne bolzanine al confine della città. Bella vista su calore Firmiano e ben esposta la struttura è dotata di campo da calcio, campo da basket ampio giardino con pergole e casetta principale. Tutto ciò fa di essa una soluzione ideale sia con bello che con brutto tempo. Oltre alla cucina all'interno nel giardino è presente un barbecue o forno x pizze a legna, un barbecue a gas friggitrice ed altro. Il costo d'affitto non è esagerato, unico neo spesso ci sono difficoltà per la prenotazione.
