E	Ele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto il "piacere" di parlare con la cara signora S.B. di una scortesia e maleducazione innata, anzi che aiutarmi rispondeva sempre in maniera scortese e maleducata, sembra che era lì solo per farmi un favore quando invece viene PAGATA per lavorare e dare informazioni alle persone, le chiedo se ha da scrivere e lei in maniera sgarbata mi risponde " certo che domande sono in ufficio" quasi volesse prendermi per i fondelli, mai vista una cosa del genere da una persona che dovrebbe lavorare con il pubblico, ma perché non le mandate a casa certe persone se non hanno voglia di lavorare? Il modo con cui si rivolgeva wuasi fosse una regina seduta sul suo piedistallo, è stressata perché lavora in un ufficio per caso? A prescindere dalle mansioni non ci si dovrebbe permettere mai di rivolgersi cosi a delle persone che vengono o chiamano sul posto di lavoro, io nel mio mestiere non mi sono mai permessa di parlare cosi con dei clienti/ pazienti, mi meraviglio di chi assume certe persone a occupare un posto di lavoro che potrebbero benissimo prendere altre persone con educazione e professionalità. Il bello che non potevo nemmeno risponderle a tono perché non mi avrebbe avviato la pratica nel caso, e comunque preciso che sono sempre stata educata dall'inizio alla fine con una persona che non se lo meritava per niente.
