Poi mi ha liquidata sgarbatamente comunicandomi che questa mattina i terminali sarebbero stati fuori uso dalle ore 9,30. Servizio che potrebbe essere di utilità se il personale fosse qualificato ed empatico. Così non serve a niente The person found was extremely rude and opinionated. Hanno dimenticato di avvisarmi che l'orario di apertura al pubblico era cambiato. Mi hanno fissato un nuovo appuntamento e la persona con cui ho parlato è stata gentilissima! Non hanno risposto al telefono nemmeno una volta e scatta ogni volta la segreteria telefonica. I called several times for 3 different days to request an appointment after opening unemployment. They haven't answered the phone even once and the answering machine goes off every time.
